Keri Cruz grew up in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and moved to Maryland to attend college. Keri is a graduate of Towson University, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minor in Spanish. During her four years at Towson, she maintained a support role to an administrative assistant, giving her an introduction to office culture. After graduating in 2021, Keri remained in Maryland and was hired as an executive assistant at a private country club in Baltimore before joining Bay Harbor Wealth Management. During her time there, she gained hospitality experience as well as event planning experience. Since Keri joined Bay Harbor Wealth Management in the fall of 2023 as the Director of First Impressions and Administrative Assistant, she has helped create lasting impressions with our clients by combining her administrative and hospitality skills.

Keri resides in Baldwin with her husband, Jose. She loves music, digital design, and supporting the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra as well as BARCS, a local animal shelter, where she adopted her cats, Sadie and Percy.
